pk809 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk809 ("pk809", "we", "us", "the platform"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the pk809 platform at pk809.win, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk809 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We strongly recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English language version shall be the definitive version. pk809 operates as an online entertainment platform. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a guarantee of profit, nor does it imply any regulatory endorsement by the Government of Pakistan or any government body.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a pk809 account you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk809 is strictly an adult platform and we do not permit access or account registration by anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering your account. This includes your real name, date of birth and any other details requested during the registration process.
• You must not already hold an active pk809 account. Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonuses may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative or proxy for any other person.
• You must not be prohibited from using online gaming platforms under any applicable laws in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing pk809.

pk809 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

3. Account Rules

Each player may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different identities, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, pk809 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending or settled bets placed through those accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. pk809 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and not sharing your login details with any other person. pk809 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

You must notify pk809's support team immediately at [email protected] if you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your credentials have been compromised.

• Account details including your registered name, date of birth and email address cannot be changed after verification without submitting a formal support request and providing supporting documentation.
• pk809 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts showing no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. pk809 will notify you before applying any dormancy-related measures to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you, provided that pk809 fulfilled its own security obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk809 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit, wagering or withdrawal process. The amount displayed in your account balance is the PKR amount available to you.

pk809 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

Deposits are credited to your pk809 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest options. pk809 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed. You must ensure that the payment details you provide for withdrawals are accurate. pk809 is not liable for funds sent to incorrectly specified accounts where the error originated with you.

pk809 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. This may include requesting proof of identity or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed while such checks are completed. Funds will not be released until all verification requirements are satisfied.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time. Players who have an outstanding bonus with active wagering requirements may face restrictions on withdrawals until those requirements are met, as detailed in Section 7 below.

5. Sports Betting Rules

pk809's Sports Betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), Football, Esports and other sports as available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pk809. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid regardless of any preliminary odds that may have been displayed.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds during live cricket and football matches change in real time and the confirmed odds are final.
• Void Bets: pk809 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, manifest error in odds, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placing. In such cases your stake will be returned.
• Match Abandonment: Rules for abandoned or postponed matches, particularly relevant for Cricket given weather conditions, are as follows: matches abandoned before a result is possible are generally voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each market type are displayed within the relevant market at time of placing.
• Maximum Winnings: pk809 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at time of placing. Bets placed that exceed these limits will be adjusted accordingly.
• PSL and International Cricket: Full PSL season coverage including group matches, playoffs and the final are available. Outrights and in-play markets follow the specific rules displayed for each market within the Cricket betting section.
• Esports: Esports markets including VALORANT, CS2 and Dota 2 are settled based on official tournament results from the organising body. Any disputes about Esports results will be resolved using official tournament data only.

pk809 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict access to certain markets or close bets on specific events for any player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

6. Casino & Slots Rules

The pk809 Casino section includes Live Casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, game show titles), digital Casino table games and Slots. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) where applicable, or live-streamed dealer feeds for Live Casino titles. The following rules apply across all Casino and Slots play.

• Game Availability: The full game catalogue is listed in the Game Lobby. Game availability may change from time to time as titles are added or removed by software providers. pk809 is not liable for the temporary or permanent unavailability of any specific game title.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each Slots and Casino game has a theoretical RTP percentage determined by the software provider. These percentages represent the long-term statistical return across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any outcome for an individual session or player.
• Disconnection During Play: In the event of a disconnection mid-game, pk809 will complete the game round using the last valid action received from your device. Completed game rounds cannot be reversed on the basis of a disconnection.
• Live Casino: Live Casino games are governed by the rules of each specific game as displayed by the live dealer or game interface at the time of play. Dealer decisions are final once a round is closed.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. These limits may differ from any account-level limits applied to your account.
• Malfunctions: In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned. pk809 is not liable for any expected winnings from a round that was disrupted by a technical fault on the platform's end.

Slot game jackpots, where applicable, are governed by the rules of the individual jackpot network operated by the software provider. pk809 will display the applicable jackpot rules within each relevant game.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pk809 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses for new players, deposit match bonuses, Sports odds boosts, Casino cashback and other time-limited offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms displayed on the relevant Promotions page.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) that you must wager before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the Promotions page and in the bonus offer details.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute at a different rate to Slots, and Live Casino games may have a lower or zero contribution rate. The contribution rates for each game category are shown in the specific bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any time. If you accept a new bonus while another is still active with pending wagering requirements, the terms of the new bonus apply from acceptance and the existing bonus may be forfeited.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are shown in each bonus offer.
• Minimum Deposit for Bonus: Deposit match bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit as stated in the offer. Deposits made using certain payment methods may not qualify for specific bonuses — this will be stated clearly in the relevant offer terms.
• Abuse Prevention: pk809 actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or collusion between players. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus voided, any winnings derived from that bonus forfeited and their account may be permanently closed.

pk809 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, players who have already claimed and accepted the bonus will retain their bonus subject to the original terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk809 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance withheld or forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities where required.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or under any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or allowing any person under 18 to access or use your account.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or abuse any game, betting market, software system or promotional offer on the platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly Live Casino table games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or placing bets on sporting events where you have insider knowledge or a conflict of interest.
• Attempting to launder funds through the pk809 platform or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Making chargebacks or reversing payment transactions without valid reason after using deposited funds on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pk809 staff or other players.

9. Privacy & Data

pk809 collects, stores and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal information you provide — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — is used for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, detecting fraud and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions. pk809 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

pk809 uses industry-standard security measures to protect the data held on its platform. However, no online system is entirely risk-free. You are responsible for keeping your own login credentials secure and for logging out of your account when using shared devices.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk809 is committed to providing tools and information to help players manage their gaming in a healthy, responsible way. Gaming and sports betting are entertainment activities — they should be enjoyable and sit within a budget that you can comfortably afford to spend without financial stress.

pk809 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap in PKR. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before the increase applies.

• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or long-term exclusion from the pk809 platform. During a self-exclusion period you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly.

11. Liability & Disputes

pk809 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, accurate and reliable operation of the platform, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk809's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account balance at the time the relevant issue arose. pk809 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses including but not limited to lost profits, loss of opportunity or reputational harm.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, a Casino game has malfunctioned, or any other error has occurred on your account, you must raise a dispute with pk809 support within seven (7) days of the relevant transaction or event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated or resolved in your favour.

• To raise a dispute, contact [email protected] with your account username, the relevant transaction or bet reference and a clear description of the issue.
• pk809 will acknowledge your dispute and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
• The decision of pk809 on all disputes is final and binding unless a clear and demonstrable error in the dispute process can be shown.

pk809 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond its stated target market. Players access the platform at their own initiative and are responsible for understanding the rules applicable to their own situation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk809 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered players via their account email address or a platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the pk809 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Changes to individual game rules, specific promotion terms or payment method details may be updated separately on the relevant pages of the platform without a full revision of these Terms.
